• Contact us with the order number within 30 days from the original date of purchase.
• Items must be returned unworn and undamaged
• The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees
• Once item(s) are received, we will proceed with either an exchange or a full return of your money less the shipping fees (if you paid for shipping on your original order). You will be refunded in the method in which you paid within 7-15 day of your return.
• Returns after 30 days are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

ITEMS RECEIVED WITH FABRICATION DEFECTS

We inspect our items thoroughly before shipping them out, but sometimes we make mistakes and miss the small defects. Should you receive an item with a fabrication defect, please take a clear picture and contact us within 7 days from receiving your item.  We'll take 15% off your price. After 7 days, we are not responsible for any damages.

WRONG ITEM RECEIVED

If you received an incorrect item or size, please contact us as soon as possible so we can immediately begin to correct the error. You will not be responsible for any shipping fees. You may choose to either get a full refund or an exchange.

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are non refundable,  except in the event of a packing error (you received the wrong item or size)
